The HT6311ARTZ with SOT-23-5 DC-DC Converter is a Regulated Step-down Converter manufactured by HTCSEMI. This component is designed to provide a highly efficient, low-ripple voltage regulation in a tiny SOT-23-5 (MS-05) package. It uses a PWM (pulse width modulation) control and is capable of providing regulated output voltages from as low as 0.8V up to 5.0V and has a 2.5V to 5.5V minimal input voltage. The HT6311ARTZ offers an efficiency level of 95%, a maximum output current of 1.5A and a 200kHz typical switching frequency. It also includes integrated protection features like over-temperature protection, short-circuit protection, over-current protection, and under-voltage lockout. This component is capable of meeting the RoHS EU Directive 2011/65/EU.
