The HMC239S8ETR is an amplifier IC from the HMC239 series offered by the Hittite Microwave Corporation. It is an 8 GHz, 0.8W Medium Power Amplifier that is housed in a RoHS compliant, 8-lead, small-outline surface mount plastic package. It offers an operating voltage supply range of 3.3V-5V, with a low current consumption of 23 mA (+/- 43 mA). This amplifier IC includes an enable control pin, which allows users to control the amplifier's disable/enable features. In addition, the HMC239S8ETR also features high gain, good linearity, and low noise.
