family The HMC285ETR is a part of the HMC280 Family of Silicon Monolithic FET Mixers from the Hittite Microwave Corporation. This device is an integrated passive MMIC mixer with an LO drive level of +2 dBm, a conversion loss of 8 dB and an RF to IF isolation of 32 dB. The device features an integrated FET diode bridge along with a unique self-balancing architecture that helps minimize image distortion and improve balance. The part is offered in an ergonomic surface mount package with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. This device is ideally suited for frequency up-/down-conversion applications from 10 MHz up to 6 GHz.
