The HX6659ISO-D with SOT-23 Hall Sensor ROHS from HUAXIN is a non-isolated surface mount Hall Effect integrated circuit. This device offers an integrated magnetic channel for low system cost and space, providing a more reliable, versatile and cost-effective solution for sensing magnetic and ferromagnetic materials. The device provides a digital output for measuring the location of the magnet and a temperature-compensated input to determine the magnitude of the applied field. Additionally, it features a failsafe power-on circuit to ensure proper startup. It also has adjustable zero offset and gain, and an operating voltage range from 2.2V to 12V. The package size also offers a low profile 4.3 x 1.6mm footprint.
