The HY2112-BB is a Battery Protection ICs SOT-23-6 RoHS manufactured by HYCON. It is a three-terminal, low quiescent current, high voltage protection device that integrates a MOSFET and an R-C delay circuit. The device is designed to provide a safe, reliable protection between the battery and other designed circuits. It is capable of providing over-voltage, over-current (OC) and battery short protection. With an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, it is suitable for a wide variety of applications such as power management systems, consumer electronics, automotive systems, and medical devices.
