The I-Core AiP2003 is a 16-pin SOP-16_150mil RoHS Darlington transistor array driver. It consists of two Darlington pairs and a supply regulator. The AiP2003 is designed to provide efficient control and operation of low-power consumer and industrial appliances. It features a wide operating temperature range between -40°C to +125°C and has a breakdown voltage of >50V. The AiP2003 is RoHS compliant, which ensures safe usage in commercial and industrial applications. The AiP2003 is an economical solution for controlling high-voltage and low-power loads with low on-state resistance and high current capability. The driver also features short-circuit protection and thermal protection.
