The AIP8563SA8.TR with SOP-8 Real-time Clocks (RTC) ROHS is a type of integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by I-Core. This IC is used to provide the time and date information from a given source such as an internally generated clock, radio station broadcast, or satellite. It consists of a 32kHz oscillator, 8-bit programmable counter, 8-bit binary coded decimal counter, an alarm feature, and a leap year feature. It also features a low power consumption with an operating voltage of 2.2V – 5.5V. The package is an 8-pin SOP with special RoHS compliance. This IC is suitable for applications such as NIC cards, medical equipment, temperature controllers, GPS, and more.
