The Igus A500SM-2528-25 is a kevlar-braided, heavy-duty chainflex chain. This chain is designed for use in high-dynamic applications, such as those in the robotics, automotive, and machine-tool industries. It has a diameter of 25mm and can handle loads up to 450N/mm. The chain is equipped with a steel core for added strength and rigidity, and the kevlar-braided surface coating improves abrasion resistance and cuts down on noise. It is also resistant to acids, grease, oil, solvents and other chemicals, and it can be used in temperatures ranging from -40 degrees Celsius to +120 degrees Celsius.
