The EFOM-30 is an Igus double-molded, reinforced cable chain system made of high-performance plastics. It features a smooth, lightweight chain, allowing for easy manipulation and a high degree of flexibility when routing. It has a large edge radius of 19 mm, which ensures low wear and noise, while its patented deflector ensures low contact forces when opening and closing. It is ideal for use in robotics, automation, production, inspection and handling applications. It is designed to handle medium-duty and/or light-duty loads in a wide variety of environments. The EFOM-30 is available in a range of sizes, ranging from widths of 10 mm up to 72 mm, and pitches of 25, 35, 45 and 55 mm. The chain links are pre-assembled and can be opened and closed with the flick of a switch on the EFOM-30. The system also includes both standard and swing axles and corner pieces that match the chain width, allowing for curved sections and more flexibility with design.
