KBLM-10 MH is a high-performance linear bearing designed by Igus that utilizes their patented tribopolymer material. The bearing consists of a ball cage made from glass-fiber reinforced tribopolymer, and two steel raceways with enhanced surface hardness that help reduce wear and tear. The outer surfaces of the bearing are reinforced with ridges that reduce noise and vibration. This bearing is suitable for dynamic movements with acceleration speeds up to 25 m/s2, and is ideal for maintenance-free running in demanding conditions. It is resistant to dirt, dirt, dust, chemicals, and has a temperature range from -40°C up to +80°C. Additionally, it is also corrosion-resistant and water-resistant. The bearing is silent, vibration-resistant and energy-efficient.
