IF-EP

IF-EP stands for Information and Formalized Education Programme. It is an Imlec offering that focuses on providing formalised education services to help foster a culture of lifelong learning. Imlec's IF-EP is an accredited program of learning that can be tailored to the individual needs of the organisation, including: -Assignment-based education and courses; -Formal and informal learning; -Skill-building and development; -Team and project work; -Leadership and management training; -Coaching and mentoring; and -Assessment and certification. IF-EP may serve to complement the professional training and development support available in any organisation, helping to bridge the gap in areas such as capacity building, management and executive development.
