The ISP4520-JP-JT with Insight SiP manufactured by Insight SiP is a 6.78 antenna and power amplifier (PA) module with integrated transceiver and radio frequency (RF) front-end. It is a complete IEEE 802.15.4 radio module which is designed to be used in low-power Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as wireless home automation, medical devices, and asset tracking. The module includes an integrated MEMS Balun which helps reduce the board size and enhance performance, as well as a Power Saver (PSM) mode that allows it to operate on battery power for extended periods. The module supports a wide range of frequencies from 863 to 870 MHz, making it suitable for applications in many countries and regions. The built-in transmitter power control (TPC), and resetable fuse, make it easy to deploy and maintain the module in a variety of deployments. It is designed with an integrated antenna and optimized RF performance to guarantee a superior range of several kilometers with an indicator of 19.2 dBm output power. This module supports OTA firmware and configuration upgrade, making it suitable for upgrades during the entire product life cycle.
