The QS3VH257QG8 with Signal Switches, Multiplexers, Decoders QSOP-16 RoHS is an integrated device manufactured by Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT). It is a logic-level non-inverting switch with a bus configuration of up to 8 channels, and each channel is provided with an independent select input. It has low on resistance and high signal pass-through in both directions with minimal signal distortion and noise. The device is available in a 16-pin QSOP (quad small-outline package) with standard-rated RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compatibility. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a maximum storage temperature of -55°C to +125°C. The device is suitable for high-frequency switching applications such as protocol translation, data rate conversion, and many more I/O signal routing tasks.
