Enpirion Power Datasheet EC7100VQI PWM DC/DC Controller with VS Inputs for FPGA Power Regulator DS-1043 Datasheet NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN The Altera Enpirion EC7100VQI is a Single-Phase Features Synchronous-Buck PWM controller. The wide 3.3V to 25V input Input Voltage Range: 3.3V to 25V voltage range is ideal for systems that run on battery or AC- adapter power sources. The EC7100VQI is a low-cost solution for Output Voltage Range: 0.5V to 5V applications requiring dynamically selected slew-rate controlled Precision Regulation output voltages. The soft-start and dynamic setpoint slew-rates are - Frequency Control Loop capacitor programmed. Voltage identification logic-inputs select - 0.5% System Accuracy Over -10C to +100C four resistor-programmed setpoint reference voltages that directly Optimal Transient Response set the output voltage of the converter between 0.5V and 1.5V, and Output Remote Sense up to 5V with a feedback voltage divider. Extremely Flexible Output Voltage Programmability The EC7100VQI modulator has equivalent light-load efficiency, - 2-Bit VS Selects Four Independent Setpoint Voltages faster transient performance, accurately regulated frequency - Simple Resistor Programming of Setpoint Voltages control and all internal compensation.
