Additional Infomation About Product

HIN202CP is a single-channel, 3.3V to 5V logic translator, made by Inventek Systems. It is a dual-supply, low-voltage translator and features a high-speed, low-voltage cascade that lets signals transition smoothly and reliably when they must travel across any 3.3V to 5V power supply boundaries. The device provides an integrated level-shifter solution that eliminates voltage-level differences found in multi-supply systems, allowing data signals to be transferred between different supply domains. The HIN202CP is ESD protected up to ± 2 KV and features an active pull-down which prevents bus-floating. The device is available in an 8-pin SOIC package, and can be used for a variety of automotive, industrial, and medical applications.
