Additional Infomation About Product

AO3404 is a dual, low threshold voltage (Vth) N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET). This transistor is designed for efficient low voltage switch applications, such as low voltage power supplies and portable systems. It features a low minimum Vth of 1.7V, while its maximum RDS (on) of 0.3O allows a high efficiency switch even at low input voltages. The device also has a low gate charge that makes it an ideal device for applications where power must be confined. The AO3404 is available in an 8-lead SOIC package and is lead-free.
