Additional Infomation About Product

The H22A2 is a Darlington transistor manufactured by Isocom. It is designed to be used as a power switch in a variety of electronic devices such as motor drives and power conversion systems. This transistor has a maximum current rating of 2.2A, with a nominal voltage rating of 200V and a package that consists of 2 pins. It is usually used in electronic circuits for controlling varying currents in the range of 5A to 20A. The H22A2 features a high gain of 8-20 times depending on the load current and is ideal for applications that require high switching speed.
