Additional Infomation About Product

The MOC3020M is an optocoupler-thyristor signal output manufactured by Isocom. It is encapsulated in a plastic DIP-6 package and is compliant with the RoHS restrictions on hazardous materials. This device contains two optically coupled silicon Thyristors that have a 400V blocking voltage maximum and a 50mA holding current. The optocoupler includes a built-in zero-voltage crossing circuit, and works with an input current of 1.2V or 0V DC. The device has a fast turn-off response and a high reliability level. It is used for driving circuits that require quick power switching or circuit isolation.
