Additional Infomation About Product

The TLP281 with Optocouplers SMD-4 RoHS is a surface mount photocoupler designed and manufactured by Isocom. The module is designed to provide electrical isolation between two circuits. It has four channels, each made up of two isolated, 4-pin devices. The device is available with or without Zero Cross function. The zero-cross function ensures a low residual voltage is present at the output. The photocoupler has a common emitter configuration and can provide an optical isolation of up to 4,500Vrms. The module has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is compliant with UL1577 and IEC60950 requirements. It has a low supply current of 2mA and a high speed response time of 10µs. In addition, it has a wide bandwidth of 3MHz making it ideal for high speed transmission applications. The module is RoHS compliant and is available in multiple packages.
