The GL25537 with Photoresistors ThroughHole RoHS is an electronic part manufactured by Jing Chuang. It is a type of transducer that converts light energy into electrical energy. The device consists of a series of cadmium sulphide photoresistors in a through-hole kit. The photoresistors work by detecting light intensity when exposed to an ambient light source or illumination, and producing a corresponding electrical resistance value. The range of resistance values produced by the device can vary from zero (no light present) to a maximum value of 2.2 mOhm (full illumination). The part is RoHS compliant and is rated for temperatures between -20 to +85 degrees Celsius and a working voltage of 5 volts. The package has 6 pins and is operated at a frequency of 0.5Hz.
