The GBU1002 Bridge Rectifier with GBU RoHS is a high power, surface mount device manufactured by Jingdao. It features two metal–oxide–semiconductor (MOS)die, four diodes, and a high-temperature glass passivated junction. It has a reverse voltage of 1000V, a forward current of 10A, and a surge current both peak and repetitive of 30A and 22A, respectively. It is RoHS compliant and suitable for lead-free soldering using high temperature soldering. It has a mounting type of SMG, a rated power dissipation of 200W, a peak forward voltage of 1.2V @ 10A, and a resistance between terminals of 0.2mOhms. Its operating temperature range is -40 to +150°C and its storage temperature range is -25 to +150°C.
