TechnologyThe 500R07N4R7CV4T is a multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) – surface-mount/surface-mount technology (SMD/SMT) – with a voltage rating of 50 V and a capacitance of 4.7 pF and an industry standard NPO dielectric material. It has a temperature coefficient of capacitance of less than 0.25 % per K. It is manufactured by Johanson Technology. This MLCC is available in many package sizes from 0201 to 2220, and has an operating temperature from -55 ºC to +125 ºC, with a load life performance of 200 V to 500 V. It offers low ESR and ESL, high ripple current rating, and high volumetric efficiency with low EMI suppression. With features such as low dielectric absorption and low dissipation factor, it provides a high-level of performance and reliability for applications such as mobile phones, handheld devices, automated test equipment, and gaming systems.
