The JSM3144 with SOT-23 Hall Sensor ROHS is a Hall-effect non-contact switch manufactured by JSMSEMI. It is a low-power, small-sized, RoHS compliant Hall device. It contains an integrated Hall sensing element with a bipolar voltage regulator, analog Hall effect switch, signal amplifier, and bi-directional switch output.
