JSM421 is a single axis Hall-Effect Sensor with SOT-23 packaging manufactured by JSMSEMI. This device is RoHS compliant and is used in a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, and entertainment. Its small size makes it ideal for applications where space is a premium. This part combines a Hall-Effect array and an NPN transistor switch that can be used to sense magnetic fields. The internal amplifier and comparator provide a digital output state in response to an applied magnetic field. It offers a wide operating temperature range up to +150°C, and utilizes a PN junction isolated structure for reliable output performance over a wide temperature range.
