The JSM900R with SOP-8 RF Transceiver IC is a highly integrated transceiver designed for short range cable replacement communication systems such as RF remote control systems, ASK wireless sensors, and home automation. It is optimized for low voltage operation with 2.4-3.6V supply voltage. It integrates a high performance VCO, PLL circuit, synthesizer, crystal oscillator and transmitter-receiver circuit in a convenient SOP-8 package. It also features low power consumption, superior sensitivity, a sleep mode, and excellent out-of-band blocking performance. It is RoHS compliant and is manufactured by JSMSEMI.
