Additional Infomation About Product

KDZ12V-RTK/H USC (SOD-323) RoHS is a Zener Diode manufactured by KEC. It is a planar type device designed to protect the circuit against high voltage transient. Its particular design makes it suitable for applications such as switching power supplies, UPS's, surge protection, and communication systems. It is made of series connected silicon diode, and has a threshold voltage of 12V with a maximum reverse voltage of 6V. Its package is SOD-323, which is a JEDEC compliant lead frame type package that is designed for surface mounted applications. It is suitable for reflow soldering in accordance with RoHS standards. This part also has a built-in junction ESD protection with an Allowable Reverse Current of 10A.
