The KIA7805API-U/PF is a TO-220F (TO-220IS) RoHS Linear Voltage Regulator manufactured by KEC. It is designed to provide cost effective voltage regulation and stabilization and is able to input voltage from 7V to 25V, driving output voltage 5V ± 10%. It is used for wide range of regulated power supply applications like computer, consumer electronics and communication system. The device also features typical Line regulation of 0.3% and Load regulation of 0.6%. Other features include low current operation, over-temperature and over-current protection and capability to operate at elevated temperatures up to 150?.
