The C4AQIBU4400A1XJ is a part of the Kemet Value Line 4 X 4 mm 400 Sensing Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) Sensor. It is designed to measure the dielectric absorption ratio characteristics of various dielectric materials such as MLC, MLCC, Ceramics, Film Capacitors, Polymers, and other materials. The part features 4 sensing electrodes, in a 4 x 4 mm size, for detecting the capacitance variation of a material in the range of 6.0pF to 1.0nF. It also offers high temperature stability up to +100°C and works with a wide range of DC voltage applications. The output signal can be AC or DC and is available with a 0.5 - 4.5V supply voltage range. The C4AQIBU4400A1XJ is RoHS compliant and is part of the Kemet Value Line of dielectric sensors.
