T491A105M016AT is a surface mount capacitance device from Kemet. It has a capacitance value of 10µF, a voltage rating of 16V, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. It has an ultra-low current leakage of only 10 nA at +25C and 0V dc, making it well suited for applications requiring low leakage current such as memory backup and high frequency pulsed circuits.
