It is designed to be used as a regular enhancement mode MOSFET in order to switch an electronic signal on or off. This component is made with a low gate on-state resistance and a fast switching time, which makes it ideal for applications that require high operating speed and low power consumption.This MOSFET is RoHS compliant, meaning it has been designed to meet all of the environmental standards according to the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC.
