The B2983A femto-/picoammeter from Keysight is a high-precision, easy-to-use meter that allows you to measure current values in the range of 1E-17 to 0.02A. It comes with a large 4.3 - 6.5 digit LCD display, making it easy to read and interpret measurements. In addition, the meter is also equipped with adjustable resolution settings, as well as data recording, min/max display, and cubic/linear functions for further accuracy.
