TechnologiesThe Keysight Technologies B2985A Electrometer/High Resistance Meter is an instrument designed for high-accuracy measurements of low current and high DC voltage. It is capable of measuring DC current as low as 0.01 fA (1.0E-15 A) and DC voltage ranges up to 1000V. It has a high input resistance of 1E14 ohm and offers a noise level so low that 1fA measurements are possible without the need for averaging. This instrument has a range of built-in functions, including fast auto-null, high input impedance between AC or DC measurements, and 50kV isolation between the instrument, measurement terminal and power supply. The B2985A also includes both USB and GPIB interfaces for direct connection to a PC or network.
