The Keysight B2987A is a Power Sensor with a measurement range up to 18 GHz. It is designed for accurate and repeatable power measurements with minimal effort, especially when used with Keysight’s Power Sensor Calibration Kit. It is useful for making active device and amplifier measurements and offers high-speed measurement acquisition and data logging capabilities, as well as a low temperature coefficient. With the built-in Memory and USB interface, the B2987A Power Sensor is the perfect tool for production line testing and measuring RF energy in CW and ultra-low power digital radio communications.
