The Keysight InfiniiVision 4000 X-SERIES DSOX4COMP is a digital storage oscilloscope module that provides four-channel performance with advanced capabilities and features. It offers an easy to use, cost-effective solution for digital serial data debug, jitter analysis, and eye diagram tests, giving users the ability to quickly capture, analyze, debug, and design better serial data signals. This handheld instrument offers four channels of acquisition with a 200 MHz bandwidth, up to 12.5 GS/s (single shot) sample rate, five automation functions, and record length of 500 Mega Points. It is also equipped with the industry firstMasks and Markers feature. This provides thresholds and marker synchronization for quick pass/fail testing of waveforms and fast debug of complex signals. Furthermore, it has an 8” WVGA resistive display, histograms, advanced triggers, QuickMeasure, and built-in waveform math. Lastly, for greater control, it includes Keysight’s Premium Software, BenchVue and DSOX4COMP with Software.
