The Keysight DSOX6WAVEGEN2 is a dual-channel waveform generator that features two independent 20 MHz arbitrary waveform generators (AWGs). This unit offers precise and arbitrary waveform generation with an internal waveform library, including sine, square, triangle, sawtooth, pulse, chirp and arbitrary waveforms. With up to 16-bit vertical resolution and sample rates up to 1 GSa/s per channel, the DSOX6WAVEGEN2 can generate complex waveforms with ease. It also includes fixed perpetual licensing to support basic signal and waveform generation and analysis for routine daily electrical tests. The unit also includes an intuitive user interface that is designed for ease of use and a large graphical LCD display. Additional features of this unit include fancy sweep function, signal merger with offset control, modulation functions, digital bus analysis, and step sweep capabilities.
