Kradex Z48 ABS is a polyolefin resin-based thermoplastic material that is low-cost suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes. Compared to other thermoplastic materials, it has excellent mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties. It is thermoformable, has great impact strength and fire retardant capabilities up to UL94-V0. In addition to its high gloss and stiffness, it offers good weatherability and UV-stability, and is FDA-, RoHS-, and REACH-compliant. Additionally, it is recyclable, non-toxic and has a low water absorption rate. It can be used for both short and long runs, as well as for medical, automotive and consumer applications.
