The 04025A100JAT2A is a ceramic chip capacitor from the AVX Corporation, which is a subsidiary of the Kyocera Group. It is a 0402-sized, high temperature, multilayer ceramic capacitor with a capacitance of 0.1µF (100nF). The 0402 size indicates that the capacitor measures 0.0254 × 0.0102 in (0.65 × 0.26 mm). The "JAT2A" marking also indicates that the capacitor is rated for a working voltage of 16 VDC. This capacitor is designed to work in extreme temperatures (-55C up to +125C). It has a tolerances of ± 10%, an insulation resistance of greater than 1000MO, and a dielectric constant of 6.5.
