The LMXN1915M680CTAS is a high temperature 120 °C TRF (Thick Film Resistor) series product from Kyocera AVX. This product is designed to offer a high power capability with a high temperature rating. It features a high temperature operating range up to 120°C, resistance values from 10O to 1MO, ±2%, and a TCR of 250 ppm/°C. This series is suitable for automotive, lighting, and industrial applications where high temperature and power requirements are needed. It is also halogen free, compliant to Rohs, and lead-free. This product is certified to AEC-Q200 standard.
