The TAJD477K006RNJ is a Tantalum Capacitor–Solid SMD manufactured by Kyocera AVX. The capacitor is a 6.3 Volts and has a capacitance of 470µF with a 10% tolerance. It is made with solid electrolyte tantalum, meaning it has lower leakage than a wet electrolyte tantalum capacitor and is suited for applications requiring low voltage and current leakage. It also has a temperature range of -55C to +125C, making it suitable for applications in extreme temperature environments. Finally, it has an operating life of 2000 hours at +105C with capacitance change of 6%.
