This Thermal Cutoffs (TC 135) manufactured by Lanson is a Through-Hole RoHS Compliant electronic part. It is a 3-pin shaped thermostat / thermal fuse with a temperature rating of 135°C. It is a fast-acting, resettable over-temperature protector used as a safeguard to protect devices from overheating damage due to unexpected or abnormal conditions. The TC135 can be used when a reliable and accurate temperature protection is required, optionally with a reset function that can be used to reset the device after an accident. This thermal protection device has a broad range of applications and can be used as an end-of-life fuse in the semiconductor industry, or for the safety protection of many devices like consumer electronics, industrial equipment, automotive equipment, and more.
