Additional Infomation About Product

Protocol The JC-D2B part of the Leach Protocol is a Node Discovery Algorithm focused on reducing energy overhead of the network nodes. This algorithm works by initializing a broadcast operation with an Anchor node, which will then update a Wireless Pulse/Beacon Index table. The Wireless Pulse/Beacon Index table stores each node's ID and its current broadcast interval. This information is then used by other nodes to determine when to send a broadcast request and which nodes to send it to. JC-D2B also eliminates the need for any routing table maintenance, as the Wireless Pulse/Beacon Index table is updated by all nodes when they detect a new node or a node having its broadcast interval changed. This way, a node always knows the time to broadcast for discovering its neighbors and can quickly detect any changes in them.
