The ST17H38 with RF Transceiver ICs TQFN-48 RoHS by LENZE is a 48-pin RF transceiver. It has a 4.5V to 5.5V operating voltage and can operate over a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions. It has low power consumption features and high tolerance against EMI/RFI and other interference sources. It is compliant with the latest international standards and provides excellent reliability and quality. The ICs come with integrated RF switches and a 25MHz baseband filtering system and offer a very high RF link budget. The ST17H38 can be used in a variety of wireless applications such as Wi-Fi, ZigBee, UWB, Bluetooth, and DECT.
