Additional Infomation About Product

The 0400 part of the LIGHT TAPE is a Digital Strip Detector (DSD). This is a device that is used to detect optical signals from LED lights used in illumination systems. The device has an optically coupled detector with a matched pair of photo-transistor which allows it to detect up to four digital strips at once with a resolution of 200 counts per inch. The device is able to recognize LED light bar patterns, data encoded LED strips and LED grids. It can be connected directly to a signal processor and provide signal conditioning for signal detection. It can be used to identify various lighting states, adjust lighting state, provide status information and imagery data to connected control devices.
