The MOC3022 with Optotriac, manufactured by Lite-On, is an optically isolated triac driver IC which is suitable for AC load switching applications. It offers a wide range of output power ratings, from 5kV up to 400V. The driver does not include an integrated zero voltage crossing driver, so an external one must be used. The MOC3022 operates with a blocking voltage range of 5kV peak and provides common anode and cathode with insulated output.
