With the advent of TS16949 and our continued involvement in the automotive industry, Littelfuse PolySwitch team developed automotive-specific versions of PPTC devices (femtoASMDC, picoASMDC, nanoASMDC, microASMD, miniASMDC, ASMDC, nanoASMDCH, AHS, ASMD, AHRF, AHEF and AGRF). These products are qualified and sold under the PS400 specification which is derived from AEC-Q200, the standard for electronic components used in the automotive industry.
