The P0720ECLRP1 is a Thyristor Surge Protection Device (TSPD) manufactured by Littelfuse. It is designed to provide overcurrent protection for AC and DC line circuits. It is rated for a peak current capacity of 500A and a voltage rating of 65V. It is designed to interrupt overcurrents efficiently, meaning that it can protect against both large current surges and frequent, smaller current spikes. Additionally, it offers protection against back-to-back thyristor events. The P0720ECLRP1 has an ultra-high surge withstand rating of 25 kA (8/20 µs waveform). It is encapsulated in a sealed, Non-vented housing for protection from environmental factors. The device is equipped with fast-acting arc quenching and crowbar protection. The P0720ECLRP1 is RoHS compliant and meets the requirements of UL and CSA safety standards.
