The P0900S3NLRP Thyristor Surge Protection Device (TSPD) SIDACtor Bi 75V 3000A DO214AB RoHS is a high speed protection device manufactured by Littelfuse. This device is designed to provide transient protection for a variety of applications including power supplies, lighting controls, and telecom circuits. It provides fast response to high-energy transients, and its tri-mode surge current performance allows fast, reliable protection of both AC and DC power circuits. The P0900S3NLRP is RoHS-compliant and includes an integrated isolation hood for minimum stray inductance. Its SIDACtor technology ensures repeatable, efficient operation without the need for "forming" and provides superior performance even in low impedance environments.
