The SMCJ60A is a 600 Watt, surface mount, unidirectional TVS diode, designed for high speed ESD protection for data lines in portable applications up to the Automotive AEC-Q101 standard. It is manufactured by Littelfuse, a leading provider of circuit protection, electronics control and circuit solutions. The SMCJ60A features a low capacitance of 1.2pF, an ESD protection level of 20kV, and a response time of 1.5ns. The TVS diode also offers excellent surge handling capability with peak pulse current, Ipp, of 60A. Its small size, with dimensions of 2.1mm x 1.6mm makes it ideal for portable and space-constrained applications.
