It is designed to protect electronic equipment from voltage spikes and surges caused by lightning, electrical switching, or other unexpected sources. The V250LS10P features a 10 volt working voltage and a 200 kiloampere (kA) surge current rating. It has a built-in overvoltage protector and a low capacitance to reduce electrical loading on protected devices. The V250LS10P has an ultra-rapid response time of less than one nanosecond and is approved to UL 497B, CSA, and IEC standards.
