1718-12AC is part of the Lockpol (Lockpol Security Solutions) range of products. It is an access control system designed to provide secure entry to a designated area. The system is comprised of an electronic card reader, a keypad and a reader head. The user swipes their card through the reader and then enters a pin code into the keypad. The reader head then unlocks the door if the correct authentication is given. The system is designed for use in areas such as private properties, offices and factories and can also be used to enforce company rules and identify individuals.
